What you'll do: The Truss Bander Warehouse Associate is responsible for securing, staging, and preparing trusses and building components for storage and transportation. This role supports production and yard operations by ensuring finished products are properly banded, organized, and ready for safe delivery. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced manufacturing and yard environment. Band, secure, and stage trusses and structural components for transportation and storage Ensure trusses are properly aligned and securely fastened according to company standards Inspect straps, banding materials, and securing equipment for wear or damage prior to use Support safe loading and staging processes within yard and production areas Assist with movement and organization of finished trusses and materials Maintain staging areas to support efficient workflow and delivery preparation Perform general labor and cleanup tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment Support team members and supervisors with operational needs as assigned Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures Maintain awareness of surroundings while working around equipment, trailers, and staged materials Report unsafe conditions, damaged materials, or operational concerns promptly Ensure products are handled safely to minimize damage and maintain quality standards Perform additional duties as assigned What you'll bring: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting Comfort working outdoors and in physically demanding environments Experience in construction, manufacturing, yard , or production environments Familiarity with truss manufacturing or building materials preferred Experience with material staging, loading, or securing products for transport is a plus Work is performed primarily in outdoor yard and production environments Exposure to varying weather conditions, heat, cold, dust, and noise Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to work at heights and around moving equipment safely Ability to lift and move materials as required May require overtime or extended hours based on production schedules What you'll earn: Health Care Benefits Paid Time Off Benefits for union‑represented roles are determine d by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.
