Wholesale Inventory Control Associate - Brunswick, GA Vaden Automotive is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Wholesale Inventory Control Associate to join our team in Brunswick, GA! What You'll Do As a Wholesale Inventory Control Associate, you will help manage the day-to-day inventory and wholesale parts operation, including: Pulling and processing parts to fulfill wholesale orders Processing parts returns, damaged parts, and part cores Maintaining accurate inventory by part number, manufacturer, wholesale territory, bin location, and inventory status Performing perpetual bin counts and keeping inventory locations organized Relocating parts and maintaining efficient bin organization Processing parts for scrap and returning damaged parts to manufacturers Assisting wholesale drivers with preparing daily deliveries for all assigned routes Completing required scanning, reporting, email communication, and invoicing Monitoring parts as they move through the retail and wholesale systems Communicating inventory concerns and discrepancies to the Parts Manager Assisting with wholesale deliveries as needed Driving is a small part of this position , but the role does require a valid driver's license and a good driving record. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work with a sense of urgency. Automotive parts experience is preferred, including experience as a Parts Counterperson, Shipping & Receiving Clerk, Inventory Control Associate, or in a similar role. We're looking for someone who: Has previous automotive parts or inventory experience preferred Is highly detail-oriented and accurate Can work with multiple manufacturers and a large number of part numbers Has strong organizational and time-management skills Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Has strong communication and problem-solving skills Is computer literate and comfortable learning new technology Has experience with Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and/or Dialpad Is willing and able to learn CDK DMS Has a valid driver's license and good driving record Has reliable attendance and consistently arrives on time Communicates effectively with the Parts Manager and other members of the team Takes pride in keeping inventory accurate, organized, and efficient Join the Vaden Automotive Team!
