This role is pivotal in ensuring that all vehicles are accurately accounted for, properly displayed, and maintained to uphold the highest standards of the dealership. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the inventory lot to ensure vehicles are properly displayed, secured, and accounted for Coordinate vehicle movement on the lot, including deliveries, returns, and lot transfers Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot to provide an attractive environment for customers Collaborate with sales, service, and parts departments to support inventory needs Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to vehicle storage and lot management Prepare reports related to inventory status and lot conditions as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in an automotive environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to operate vehicles Effective communication and teamwork skills Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and reporting Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Benefits Competitive pay at $18.00 per hour Opportunities for career growth within the dealership Supportive and dynamic team environment Employee discounts on services and vehicles Comprehensive training and development programs About the Company Gwinnett Place Ford has been proudly serving the Duluth, GA community with quality vehicles and exceptional service.
