Job Description
We are seeking Bilingual Spanish Mechanically inclined warehouse associate for different locations, positions and shifts Temp to Hire Warehouse Norcross Tuesday to Friday 9:30am- 6pm Saturdays 7am-3:30pm Lawrenceville Monday to Friday 10am -6am Peachtree Corners/Norcross Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform daily warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and general warehouse operations. Accurately process customer orders while meeting established productivity, quality, and service standards. Assist with identifying and resolving order, inventory, and shipping discrepancies to maintain a high level of operational accuracy. Support department workflow and assist in prioritizing daily tasks to meet shipping deadlines and operational objectives. Provide guidance and assistance to team members regarding standard operating procedures, equipment usage, and departmental processes as directed by management. Assist with training new employees on warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards. Communicate operational issues, inventory concerns, and staffing needs to supervisors and management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA guidelines. Safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling equipment as authorized and trained. Assist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs. Basic computer and data entry skills preferred. General warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Familiarity with power tools such as miter saws, strapping machines and more Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequent walking, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling. Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently. Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds with assistance or appropriate equipment. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to safely climbing ladders Preferred Qualifications Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Prior warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is required. #
