Full-Time Job Summary The Finished Goods Associate is responsible for handling, inspecting, packaging, and shipping finished products while ensuring accuracy, quality, and inventory control standards are maintained. Responsibilities Pick, stage, and prepare finished goods for customer orders. Perform quality inspections to ensure products are complete and free from damage. Package products according to shipping specifications and company standards. Coordinate shipments with carriers and internal departments. Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory. Assist with cycle counts and inventory management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Strong English communication skills. Experience operating a pallet jack is required. Forklift experience or certification is a plus. Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
