PROMAN Staffing is seeking experienced Inventory / Cherry Picker Operators for a growing distribution facility in North Aurora, IL. This position combines inventory control responsibilities with operating a cherry picker to accurately move, locate, and replenish products throughout the warehouse.
Job Responsibilities Operate a Cherry Picker safely and efficiently Pick and pull orders according to customer specifications Perform inventory counts and cycle counts Replenish product in warehouse locations Research and resolve inventory discrepancies Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems Maintain accurate inventory records Stage and prepare orders for shipment Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Previous Cherry Picker experience required Previous inventory control experience preferred Experience using RF scanners required Ability to work at elevated heights Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Basic computer skills preferred Reliable attendance and punctuality Steel-toe boots required Preferred Skills Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment Knowledge of inventory control processes Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting Why Work With PROMAN Staffing?
