$18.00/hour PROMAN Staffing is Hiring! PROMAN Staffing is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators for a growing warehouse and distribution facility in North Aurora. If you have previous forklift experience and are looking for a stable opportunity with room for growth, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Move materials throughout warehouse storage locations Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment Replenish inventory as needed Perform pre-shift equipment inspections Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization Follow all company safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Previous forklift experience required Experience operating warehouse equipment such as sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or electric pallet jacks preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Strong attention to safety and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred Steel-toe boots required Preferred Skills Forklift certification is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Why Work With PROMAN Staffing?
