Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing routine inventory counts to verify accuracy between physical stock and system records. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, reducing stock variances, and supporting the supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts of raw materials, WIP (work in process), and finished goods. Accurately record and reconcile inventory discrepancies in the system. Report variances to supervisors and assist in root cause analysis. Work closely with warehouse and production staff to ensure accurate stock movement and documentation. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, or cycle counting preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time, 30 hours per week. Flexible schedule
