Inventory Clerk 📦 Inventory Control | Manufacturing Environment | Career Growth Opportunity Keep Production Moving! Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with inventory management? We're looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in ensuring materials are accurately tracked and available when production needs them. In this position, you'll be responsible for inventory accuracy, cycle counting, material transfers, and maintaining inventory records using RF scanners and inventory management systems. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Track and document material movement throughout the manufacturing process. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances. Transfer materials between work centers to support production schedules. Utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems to record inventory transactions in real time. Complete data entry related to inventory adjustments, transfers, and counts. Organize inventory locations for efficient storage and retrieval. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or concerns to internal teams. Follow inventory control procedures and company standards. Handle materials safely to prevent loss, damage, or misplacement. Support production operations by ensuring materials are available when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Required Minimum 1 year of inventory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment. Experience performing cycle counts and inventory verification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Data entry experience related to inventory transactions. Experience using RF scanners or handheld inventory devices. Knowledge of inventory control and material handling processes. Preferred Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems. Manufacturing or production environment experience. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
