Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage inventory levels, oversee stock movements, and ensure accurate data entry across our warehouse operations. Your expertise will help optimize supply chain processes and support seamless order fulfillment, contributing directly to our company's growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems and inventory management software Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including materials handling and order fulfillment Utilize data analytics tools such as Excel for inventory analysis and reporting Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and reduce discrepancies Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and inventory control efficiency Manage warehouse distribution tasks, including stocking, materials management, and 3PL (third-party logistics) coordination Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related supply chain roles Strong data collection, mining, and visualization skills; proficient in Excel data analysis and ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and logistics inventory management Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions for inventory discrepancies or process inefficiencies Experience with forklift operation, heavy lifting, and materials handling safety protocols Excellent cross-functional communication skills to liaise with procurement, merchandising, supplier management, and retail teams Ability to work in fast-paced environments requiring attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability Join us at Charmed Aroma Inc. where your expertise will help shape a vibrant future in e-commerce!
