This role supports Warehouse and Production teams by locating materials, managing inventory transactions, and ensuring data integrity across WMS and ERP systems. The position also assists Inventory and Warehouse leadership in maintaining high standards of inventory control and documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage, perform, and monitor cycle counts and related inventory transactionsEnsure 100% accurate data entry and physical inventory countsMaintain overall inventory accuracy across the warehouseAssist Warehouse and Production teams in locating materialsSupport the Inventory Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Distribution Manager, and Inventory Analyst with inventory management activitiesManage entry-level data entry clerks as assignedEnsure product integrity by verifying materials against documentationEvaluate count accuracy through measuring, weighing, opening/repackaging cartons, and organizing materials per proceduresMatch items (color, size, quantity) to WMS recordsSupport cycle counts and physical inventoriesGenerate cycle count reports and perform backup data entry as neededMonitor and manage daily inventory transactions for accuracyOversee ERP transactions including First Issue, RTS, MTs, WIP, and Manual ShipmentsManage and monitor SHIP locations, inventory, and lot controlIdentify and resolve negative inventory balances dailyMaintain accurate and organized warehouse documentationSupport warehouse leadership in maintaining high warehouse management standardsMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organizationSupport Inventory Control and Quality Assurance efforts in controlling material flowPerform daily tasks with consideration for waste minimization and environmental impactAdhere to environmental policies and support the Environmental Management System (EMS)Report accidents, nonconformities, or environmental concerns to leadership and through CAPA when requiredProvide suggestions for continuous improvementPerform other duties as assignedPhysical RequirementsAbility to move freely throughout the facilityAbility to lift up to 30 lbsExcellent eyesight requiredAbility to work extensively with computers and phones #ZR
