Prep Team/ Inventory Associate - Full Time The ideal candidate is mature and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a clean, orderly, and customer-focused environment. Benefits Pay starting at $15/hr Brand new facilities Health insurance- Company contributes a portion to cost Dental, Vision, Assurity, and LifeLock insurance options available Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid Time Off Family owned and operated Positive work environment Responsibilities Prep new and used vehicles for delivery to customers, ensuring a pristine, customer-ready appearance Respond promptly to requests from cashiers or other team members as needed Drive vehicles in a careful and conscientious manner Cataloging, organizing, and securely storing vehicle keys Keep the vehicle lot neat and orderly; arrange vehicles as directed by management and in line with dealership display standards Maintain cleanliness in parking areas and dealership grounds Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles as needed, including the trunk, glove compartments, tires, and windows Ensure that all vehicles display the correct stickers and tags Safely operate all necessary tools and equipment for the role During winter, assist in clearing doorways and pathways of snow and ice to ensure customer safety, clean off vehicles, and plow and salt lots Inspect new inventory from transport Stock new and used vehicles Conduct a walk-through of the lot upon closing to confirm all vehicles are locked and secure Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver's license Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen Effective communication, organizational and time management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
