Warehouse Replenishment Pay:

$19.00 per hour Position Overview We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Replenishment Associate to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for keeping our pick faces properly stocked throughout the day. You will walk to backstock locations, retrieve needed inventory, and replenish products in the appropriate pick locations. This is a very active position that requires walking and being on your feet for most of the workday.

•This position begins through a temporary staffing agency, with the opportunity for direct hire after successfully completing 520 hours. Upon direct hire with Falcon Fulfillment, employees receive hourly pay plus a monthly performance bonus and become eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including 100% paid employee medical insurance, dental and vision coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off.

You will also have opportunities to be cross-trained in other warehouse functions, including inventory control, cherry picking, receiving, and material handling. As part of our interview process, candidates are asked to complete a brief inventory test that includes basic math questions. Candidates who are interested in moving forward will receive the test by text message before an interview is scheduled. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM , Every other week, you will work Sunday and receive a weekday off during that week. Key Responsibilities Replenish pick-face locations from backstock throughout the day Monitor pick locations and identify products that need to be replenished Use an RFID scanner and/or WMS system to locate and track inventory Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations for accuracy Safely transport products and materials throughout the warehouse Maintain clean and organized backstock and pick-face locations Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as needed Communicate inventory discrepancies or location issues to the Inventory team Use Slack for required work-related communication with team members and management Follow all warehouse safety procedures Assist in other warehouse areas when needed Growth & Cross-Training Opportunities Learn inventory control processes Train on cherry picking and other warehouse equipment Gain experience in receiving and material handling Learn additional warehouse functions Develop skills for future advancement within Falcon Fulfillment Required Skills and Abilities Must be able to speak and understand English to effectively communicate with team members, follow work instructions, and understand safety procedures Must have a smartphone and be willing to install and use Slack as a required work communication tool Must regularly monitor and respond to work-related Slack communications as required during scheduled work hours Strong attention to detail Basic math skills Basic computer skills, including WMS systems and scanning devices Ability to accurately read product numbers, locations, and instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to work independently while staying productive throughout the day Reliable and consistent attendance Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in other areas Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year of warehouse, inventory, replenishment, or order-picking experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday Must be comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature changes and dust Additional Requirements Must pass all applicable background checks Reliable attendance is critical due to our team size and operational needs Must successfully complete the required inventory/basic math test to move forward in the interview process What You Get with Falcon Upon Direct Hire 100% paid employee medical premium Dental and vision coverage Retirement plan Paid time off Monthly performance bonus Cross-training opportunities Long-term career growth in a supportive team environment
