Job Description

We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to support accurate material control and inventory operations in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role focuses on maintaining reliable stock records, assisting production environments, and helping ensure company assets are properly counted and documented. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where accuracy and consistency matter.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor inventory levels for materials and components used in assembly line operations and record movements accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date stock records by tracking receipts, usage, transfers, and adjustments across inventory locations.
  • Conduct routine asset counts and verify physical inventory against system records to identify discrepancies.
  • Support annual physical inventory activities by preparing count areas, documenting results, and assisting with reconciliation.
  • Review inventory variances, investigate causes of mismatched counts, and report findings to the appropriate team members.
  • Organize inventory storage areas to improve accessibility, accuracy, and control of materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse personnel to ensure parts and supplies are available when needed.
  • Prepare inventory-related reports and maintain documentation that supports audits and ongoing inventory accuracy.
