Tool Crib Attendant Pay:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week Job Summary We are seeking a Tool Crib Attendant to support inventory and material management at a customer location. This position is a blend of warehouse, stocking, inventory, and customer service responsibilities . You will be responsible for receiving and organizing products, issuing materials to employees, restocking inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will work alongside another team member onsite and will interact directly with the customer, so reliability, communication, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency are important. Responsibilities Receive incoming inventory and verify products Issue products and materials to customers/employees Process orders accurately and efficiently Stock and organize inventory Fill vending machines and restock storage/cell cabinets Maintain accurate inventory records Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies Process product returns Resolve transaction and inventory errors Use a computer and Excel to maintain records and complete daily tasks Provide professional customer service Attend customer safety and production meetings as needed Follow all workplace and customer safety requirements Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse, stocking, inventory, tool crib, material handling, or customer service experience is preferred No previous tool crib experience required Basic computer skills required Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal communication skills Reliable and punctual Able to work independently while also working effectively with a team Must be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment IND2
