Work directly with clients in their homes without the need for traveling to our office to complete tasks.Key Responsibilities Personal Care :
Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Emotional Support :
Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, helping clients maintain a positive outlook.Mobility Assistance :
Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not required).Follow Care Plans :
Work closely with nurses, therapists, and doctors to provide care as outlined in individual care plans.Maintain Environment :
Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client's needs.Documentation :
Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.Requirements Certification :
Current HHA certification.License :
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.Experience :
Prior experience with Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices is beneficial but not required.Skills :
