The Perk:
Work 36 hours, get paid for a full 40 hours.
What You Will Do:
In this hybrid role, you will spend about 65%-75% of your time in a controlled Clean Room environment, and the rest of your time in the warehouse.
Your daily tasks will include:
Kitting & Staging:
Accurately counting, documenting, and kitting components to specific medical device production work orders.
System Management:
Executing Goods Receipts and physical/systematic material movements using the SAP ERP system .
Material Handling:
Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery to transfer materials to the production lines on time.
Safety & Compliance:
Wearing full clean room PPE (gown, hairnet, shoe covers, safety glasses, etc.) and strictly following regulated procedures. (
Note:
Some areas require handling chemicals; full training and PPE are provided). What We Are Looking For (Requirements): SAP Expertise (CRITICAL): Must have hands-on experience using SAP for material transfers and kitting orders. (
Note:
Experience assigning materials to production orders is required; standard "warehouse-only picking" experience is not sufficient).
Clean Room Experience:
Previous experience working in a medical device or clean room manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Software Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. (Experience with Windchill is a plus!). Attention to
Detail:
Must be able to read, comprehend, and strictly follow regulated process documents and work instructions.
Team Player:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Training & Onboarding:
We invest in our team! You will receive approximately 5 weeks of comprehensive onboarding and training, shadowing a senior operator until you reach full proficiency. (

Your initial 4-day orientation/training class will take place Monday-Thursday. You must be available during the week for this initial onboarding period before transitioning to your permanent Friday-Sunday schedule). Why Apply?
