An Inventory Associate monitors warehouse inventory and places orders with vendors for supplies. Conducts regular or occasional audits of inventory or sections of a warehouse.
Shipping & Receiving/Inventory Control In this position, you are responsible for receiving, shipping, storing, inventory, and moving all materials and finished goods at Thermal Control Products, either directly or by assisting. Full-time 1st

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
Shipping Confirms finished goods, components, raw materials, customer's property, or any outgoing items accurately match documentation. Securely packages all outgoing items according to company policies and procedures, customer requirements, freight company requirements, or any other specific written and/or verbal instructions. Stages and loads outgoing items onto trucks. Follow up on all items scheduled to ship daily. Conducts final quality inspection before packaging. Fills out/completes documentation when required. Receiving Inspects and verifies incoming items against invoices, freight company documents or any other associated paperwork for accuracy and any damage to products. Notes any observed discrepancies and/or damages and immediately reports it to management. loading/unloading and/or assists in process of incoming items. Transports and delivers received items to appropriate locations or person(s). Inventory Control/ Warehouse Maintains warehouse, storage locations within facilities, and inventory levels. Responsible for auditing and minimum/ maximum inventory levels. Request's materials and supplies as required for stock levels or order specific items. Distributing materials and supplies to requesting parties within TCP facilities. Issuing and relieving inventory with all documentation. Ensure products are organized, maintained, and stored according to company policies and procedures.
REQUIRED KNOWDLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent Must be computer literate, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel Must have high attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be adaptive to seasonal changes in the business. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Competent and trained to operate forklift, stand up powered lift, or other company equipment. Able to physically perform duties using powered equipment, pallet jack, hand dolly, or by hand in a safe manner according to company policy.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand or walk for a majority of the workday; sit; climb stairs; balance and stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; continuous grasping and repetitive movements; use hand tools and fine motor skills; talk and hear. The employee may be required to lift, carry, push, or pull minimum of 50lbs. unassisted.
