Job Description

DOV). This position is based in our Conover manufacturing facility and the typical schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30a to 4pm. Requires ability to work overtime as needed.SCOPE:
The Cycle Counter is responsible for accurately counting and tracking inventory within the warehouse. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities include conducting physical counts of stock, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records in the inventory system. The Cycle Counter must also possess good communication skills to coordinate with production and inventory management personnel.RESPONSIBILITIES
Cycle count materials which will be monitored by the Inventory Control Analyst and/or Sr Director of Supply Chain Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and bin location reports Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors Assist in updating systems with accurate information Follow all safety rules and guidelinesQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk and reach daily Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Basic PC and software knowledge Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills Knowledge of cycle counter systems and processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly organized High attention to detail Analytical Mindset This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
