NC INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK

Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Clerk is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels of maintenance parts within the main parts cage and designated storage areas. This role ensures that all parts are properly stocked, organized, and accounted for. Additional responsibilities include keeping the stock cage orderly, monitoring inventory usage, and managing the storage and documentation of used parts.

Essential Functions:

Maintain established levels of inventory Stock in-coming parts on assigned shelves Keep accurate levels of SKU parts in Sage ERP System Conduct daily review of parts sign-out and forward to purchasing team for reordering Operate forklift to move parts as needed Drive company vehicle to run errands as needed Conduct physical inventory each quarter Organize and maintain used parts according to designated areas Assist other maintenance personnel on securing emergency breakdown parts Ensure all items are labeled Maintain 5S standards Participate in 2SL daily other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

Inventory Control Experience Computer Skills Communication Detail oriented
