Full-Time Position Summary Panda Windows & Doors is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Clerk who is highly proficient with computers and business software to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting the purchasing process, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are available to support production. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with computer systems, and understands the fundamentals of inventory management. Key Responsibilities Create and process purchase orders for raw materials, supplies, and inventory items. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records within company software systems. Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips. Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules. Work closely with production, warehouse, and accounting departments to ensure inventory accuracy. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts. Update item information, vendor records, and purchasing documentation. Maintain organized purchasing and inventory files. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous purchasing, inventory, warehouse, or administrative experience preferred. Highly proficient with computers and business software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Experience with ERP, inventory management, or accounting software is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications. Basic understanding of inventory control processes, receiving, stocking, and purchasing. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing or distribution. Familiarity with inventory cycle counting and reconciliation. Understanding of purchase orders, vendor management, and receiving procedures. Ability to identify process improvements that increase inventory accuracy and purchasing efficiency.
