101 Pugsley Rd in Brewster Summary LesserEvil is an innovative, healthy-snacks brand looking to add an Inventory Assistant to our growing team. In this position, you'll work closely with LesserEvil's cross functional teams to ensure inventory is recorded accurately according to company guidelines. This position reports to the Inventory Manager and is based out of LesserEvil's Main Warehouse at 101 Pugsley Rd in Brewster, but will also require time at the company's other warehouse and production facilities. Schedule Monday-Friday , 6:00am-2:30pm

Note:

there will be some mandatory overtime which will fluctuate with business needs throughout the year. Role/Responsibilities Completing daily/weekly/monthly/yearly inventory counts for LesserEvil's raw materials and finished goods, across all locations and departments. This includes performing counts as designated and working with other members of the team to ensure accuracy on your counts. Working with the Inventory Manager to help determine the reason for inventory discrepancies. Data entry of accurate inventory numbers into our ERP system and or Google Sheets. Ensuring numbers are reflecting real time data. Working with the cross functional team to ensure inventory is accurate at all times. Documenting all related activities and completing forms and reports as requested. Adjusting to new processes as the company evolves. Operating various pieces of equipment (Electric Pallet Jack, etc.) Working closely with forklift drivers to make space for safe counting and ensuring organization of the floor. Recommending improvements to processes as needed. Performing other related duties as assigned and special projects as designated. Qualifications High School degree or equivalent work experience, preferred 6+ months of warehouse or equivalent inventory or data entry experience, preferred Ability to work without direct supervision Ability to collaborate with different departments Proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets Eligibility Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to work in Brewster, NY and Danbury, CT Able to lift at least 50 lbs. Able to bend, lift, pull.
