Warehouse Packer / Inventory Associate We're a growing online reselling business (selling via live auctions) looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help with packing orders and keeping our inventory organized. This is a hands-on role in a small, fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:

Packing & Shipping:

Pack and prepare items for shipment quickly and carefully to avoid damage Print shipping labels and match orders accurately before packing Export/stage outgoing shipments for pickup or drop-off, ensuring accurate counts

Inventory & Organization:

Receive and process incoming shipments of inventory (intake), checking items against packing slips or purchase records Sort, label, and organize incoming stock into designated storage areas Stock and organize shelving, keeping inventory arranged in a logical, easy-to-find system Conduct periodic inventory counts and flag discrepancies, low stock, or missing items Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse layout Occasionally help photograph or catalog new inventory items

Physical Requirements:

This role regularly requires the ability to: Lift, carry, push, and pull boxes and materials weighing up to 40 lbs Stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb (e.g., ladders or step stools) for extended periods during a shift Work in a warehouse environment that may include exposure to dust, varying temperatures, and repetitive motion tasks Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions, consistent with applicable law.

Meets the physical requirements listed above Strong attention to detail — order accuracy and inventory accuracy both matter Basic comfort with computers/tablets (for shipping software, spreadsheets, or inventory tracking tools) Reliable and punctual No experience required — we'll train the right person Nice to have (not required): Experience with e-commerce, resale, warehousing, or shipping/fulfillment Familiarity with Whatnot, eBay, Poshmark, or similar platforms Experience with inventory management systems
