DESCRIPTION
The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing inventory transactions within the ERP system, supporting production, shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring inventory accuracy through timely and accurate transaction processing. 2.0 ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Quality, Finance and Commercial to ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions. Process receiving transactions and update inventory records in the ERP system. Create, process and complete production job cards in ERP Generate shipping packing lists, Bills of Lading and required shipping documentation Maintain customer inventory spreadsheets and provide inventory information as required. Process warehouse transfers and inventory location changes Prepare processing reports and month-end inventory reports as assigned Maintain organized inventory records and filing in accordance with company procedures. Provide inventory information to traders, Operations & General Manager, as needed. Communicate with tolling Customers as needed.
