Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage parts inventory, assist the organization with their parts needs, and support our service operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure seamless parts fulfillment, exceptional customer service, and efficient operations. Responsibilities Manage inventory control processes, including stocking, order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records using systems like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Help conduct diagnostics to determine parts requirements for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and availability for parts orders. Maintain a clean, organized parts department workspace while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in repair or service environments. Related experience ok. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively using tools like Microsoft Excel or other inventory management software. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service excellence. Knowledge of maintenance procedures, and repair processes. Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Familiarity with inventory control practices. Willing to train.
