Job Description

Summary:
The Maintenance and Inventory Clerk ensure that the company is in DOT compliant and has accurate inventory processes for both Triple Team operations. Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Compliance:
  • Schedule fleet for annual inspection with support from dispatch and off-site leaders, maintain RTA records to support program.
  • Schedule fleet for PM inspections with support from dispatch and off-site leaders, maintain RTA records to support program. (both Triple team operations)
  • Manage DVIR to RTA ( cradle to grave)
  • Maintain certification files for associates (annual and brakes)
  • Manage licensure of and registration of all vehicles
  • Maintain compliance files for each unit. Inventory (both TRIAD shops):
  • Maintains inventory of stock items.
  • Orders urgent parts and repairs as necessary.
  • Ensures all parts are placed into inventory in a timely manner and prior to being used.
  • Manage Barcode que
  • Manage waving of inventory (split orders needed for inventory and immediate repair)
  • Performs monthly cycle counts investigates discrepancies.
Other:
  • EOM RTA manager reports
  • VRMS code review
  • Assistant to RTA system upgrade
  • Backup to Scale Master and Dispatcher
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
  • Review ERP files weekly
Qualifications:
  • Must have past inventory and parts management.
  • Nice to have mechanical knowledge in class A environment
  • Computer skills in inventory management system and shop work orders.
  • Communication skills with vendors, outside contractors and associates.
