Job Description

Inventory Control Specialist Location:
7461 Allentown Blvd Harrisburg, PA 17112
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Pay Rate:

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be the person who keeps our warehouse running smoothly and ensures every part ends up exactly where it belongs. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and love the feeling of solving a challenge before anyone else even spots it, this is your kind of job. What You Will Do Own the cycle count process and keep our inventory precise and reliable Track down missing items and resolve discrepancies with confidence Use system generated reports to identify inventory that needs movement or replenishment Restock warehouse supplies across multiple buildings Investigate and resolve issues flagged by put away and replenishment teams Re slot materials based on size, volume, and product movement Help eliminate barriers that slow down receiving, put away, replenishment, or shipping Process customer returns with accuracy and care Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Jump in wherever needed to support smooth operations What You Bring High school diploma or GED One year of warehouse or inventory experience preferred Strong counting accuracy and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and stay focused Comfort reading and understanding basic instructions and documentation Previous ERP experience Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with sit down and stand up forklifts, reach trucks, and similar equipment Benefits Pay for Knowledge Program Biweekly Pay Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with affordable options Health Savings Account with company contribution Life and Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with 4 percent company match and profit sharing Employee Assistance Program Employee Referral Program Casual dress code Who We Are CJ Pony Parts was founded in 1985 by two friends who shared a passion for classic Mustangs.
