POSITION SUMMARY This position plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe work environment. Ensures timely order processing, and clear communication across internal and external customers. This role solves problems, interprets data from systems such as WMS, TMS and ERP, and is committed to continuous improvement.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with vendors and customers to track loads, provide delivery details, and solve problems Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting Interpret report data to answer backorders, manage inventory, and support quality initiatives Update and share trends on metrics for team meetings Follow all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety and respect Ability to train others as needed Perform other tasks as required to keep the operation functioning. Develop troubleshooting skills for hardware & software issues. May handle products, must follow safety and material handling processes. Support purchasing as needed. Use of Radio Frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accuracy Use of computer and WMS, TMS, and ERP software May use Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) such as walkie rider, sit-down forklift, order picker, and stand-up reach truckDIRECTION OF OTHERS
Assign work for the warehouse using Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ability to train others as neededMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of experience using WMS, TMS, or ERP preferred Understanding of warehouse processes preferred Ability to professionally interact with vendors and customers via phone, email, and chat Ability to read, understand, and follow safety instructions and warehouse documents. Support continuous improvement efforts. Demonstrates strong English proficiency, including the ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively Detail oriented for managing inventory and assigning work for the warehouse Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) High school graduate or GED requiredPAY RANGE
