Job Summary Maintenance Inventory Clerk - 1st Shift New Holland, PA | $18/hr | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Allegiance Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Inventory Clerk for a food manufacturing facility in New Holland, PA. This position supports the Maintenance and Operations teams by managing the parts room, maintaining accurate inventory, receiving supplies, and ensuring maintenance parts, tools, and equipment are organized and available when needed. What You'll Do Receive, unpack, and store incoming maintenance parts, tools, and equipment Maintain accurate parts-room inventory and stock locations Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs Verify incoming parts and report discrepancies Label and organize parts, tools, and equipment Enter and maintain inventory information in computer systems Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control Deliver parts and equipment to maintenance and production personnel as needed Inspect tools and equipment for damage or wear Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts room Support purchasing and identify potential cost-saving opportunities What We're Looking For Previous stockroom, parts-room, inventory, or warehouse experience Experience with computer-based inventory systems (MRP/ ERP) Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and communicate with maintenance and manufacturing teams Purchasing experience is a plus Manufacturing or maintenance inventory experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently Why Apply? $18/hr Full-time 1st shift Weekly pay Temp-to-hire opportunity Long-term opportunity with an established food manufacturer Great fit for someone with inventory, stockroom, parts, or manufacturing experience Apply today for immediate consideration!
