Job Description
Inventory Associate Location
- This is a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our La Farge, WI office for 4-8 days per month, and the rest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite. Employee Type

- No Summary of Role The Inventory Associate is responsible for accurate and timely tracking of inventory between locations, weekly/bi-weekly reconciliation of inventories, and the month-end reconciliation to physical counts for assigned locations to provide accurate reporting on the co-op's balance sheet each month. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inventory Reconciliation & Accuracy
- 50% of time Reconcile weekly inventories to physical counts across all locations and product categories.
- 30% of time Coordinate and communicate with Production, Quality Assurance, Warehousing, Marketing, and outside facilities to ensure accurate inventory transactions.
- 20% of time Support inventory control processes and adherence to established procedures.
- with major course work or experience in accounting preferred.
Base hourly wage range:
$19.43- $23.
