The Warehouse Position is a full-time role that is accountable for the oversight and continuous improvement of Circle's inventory and processes across the beverage manufacturing warehouse. The position is open & available for immediate hire and is a full-time (40 hrs/wk), Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM, the position is based at Circle's manufacturing headquarters (no remote work option). The ideal candidate will be optimistic, flexible, and willing to take on challenges.Primary Accountability:
The Warehouse is accountable for managing the warehouse inventory for Circle and its clients. This includes ingredients, packaging materials and other beverage manufacturing assets.Key Responsibilities:
Manage ingredient and packaging material inventory Pull and stage ingredients and packaging materials for batching Conduct ingredient and material counts upon arrival/departure from production area Work with Warehouse Lead to perform regular checks of client inventory stored onsite Identify and resolve any issues in the inventory management and processes Research and develop ways to improve inventory management processes Prepare and maintain inventory reports Submit purchasing requests to Supply Chain Manager Review and place orders for new warehouse supplies Examine if the supplies received are as per the order and in proper condition Return and replace any damaged products Ability to lift up to 50lbs Working on your feet for extended periods of time Forklift experience is a plus What experience are we looking for? Knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes Familiarity with inventory management software systems Detail oriented Good communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure Good time management and organizational skills A team player and able to work collaboratively What You'll Gain in this position: Inventory and manufacturing systems experience in the beverage industry.
