Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MRO Clerk to support maintenance, repair, and operational activities by managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the timely flow of materials and supplies. This role plays a key part in maintaining equipment reliability and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of MRO inventory, including tools, parts, and supplies Receive, store, and issue materials according to company standards Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks Restock and reorder supplies as necessary Order Processing Process purchase orders for MRO materials and supplies Prepare and manage shipping and receiving documentation Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery Record Keeping Keep detailed records of work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory transactions Generate reports and maintain documentation for audits and internal use Coordination Communicate with maintenance teams and internal departments to ensure supply needs are met Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain proper stock levels and delivery schedules Other Duties Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Comply with all safety protocols and regulations Assist with administrative or support tasks as neededQualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or maintenance support role preferred Strong understanding of inventory systems and material handling procedures Ability to read and interpret maintenance documents, work orders, and safety guidelines Solid math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division using whole numbers and decimals) Good organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills for data entry and report generationCertifications & Requirements:
Valid driver's license or equivalent Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Work is primarily performed in a warehouse or maintenance support area Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and reaching for extended periods PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) may be required in designated areas Exposure to varying temperatures and conditions depending on facility operations Ready to Apply?
