Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Inventory Clerk to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory data, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, and supporting supply chain operations across multiple platforms. Your bilingual skills will facilitate effective communication with diverse suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records through data collection and analysis using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 or SAP. Conduct regular stock audits, root cause analysis of discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory control processes. Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to support purchasing decisions, negotiate supplier contracts, and manage supplier relationships effectively. Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to analyze supply chain analytics, demand planning, and inventory trends for strategic insights. Assist in logistics coordination including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, materials handling, and materials management to ensure timely delivery and stock availability. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in warehouse distribution, stocking procedures, and materials handling workflows. Communicate bilingually with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless operations across different regions and languages. Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including warehouse management, inventory control, and procurement strategies. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (such as AS400), SQL, and data analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and financial modeling related to inventory and supply chain performance. Experience with logistics operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, 3PL (third-party logistics), and materials handling. Effective negotiation skills for sourcing products and managing supplier contracts; familiarity with pricing strategies is a plus. Bilingual fluency in [specify languages], with strong communication skills to support cross-cultural collaboration. Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary; forklift certification is preferred but not required.
