$40,000-$60,000 annually, including base pay, commission, and bonuses Home Furniture is looking for an energetic, motivated Furniture Sales Representative who knows how to work with customers, build relationships, and close sales. With new locations coming soon, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and build a successful sales career. We are looking for someone who wants to earn $40,000-$60,000 annually based on performance—not simply stand on the sales floor waiting for customers. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in the showroom Help customers select living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, mattresses, and other home furnishings Explain pricing, promotions, financing, and payment options Follow up with customers by phone and text Turn inquiries and leads into sales Build relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business Maintain product knowledge and learn new merchandise Work toward individual and store sales goals Help keep the showroom professional and customer-ready Support the growth and success of new store locations Travel between company locations as needed Who We're Looking For We want someone who is: Motivated by sales and commission Confident approaching and talking with customers Friendly, professional, and dependable Comfortable asking for the sale and closing Good at following up with customers Able to learn furniture products and financing options quickly Available to work weekends Willing to travel between company locations Experienced in furniture, mattress, appliance, automotive, wireless/phone, or other commission-based sales preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
