An Inventory Associate monitors warehouse inventory and places orders with vendors for supplies. Conducts regular or occasional audits of inventory or sections of a warehouse.
Warehouse Inventory Control Analyst Ethnix Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Inventory Control Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, analyzing inventory data, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient product flow throughout our distribution center. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy. Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Analyze inventory trends and generate inventory reports. Support receiving, replenishment, and order fulfillment processes. Collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Operations teams. Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS, SAP, Excel, and other inventory management systems. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards. Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, controls, and operational efficiency. Support inventory audits and warehouse projects as assigned. Work Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Qualifications Previous Inventory Control experience is

Previous forklift operating experience is
REQUIRED.
Experience in the food distribution industry is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems ( WMS and/or SAP preferred ). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in warehouse, cooler, and freezer environments. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs . Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is
REQUIRED.
This position works directly with Spanish-speaking warehouse employees on a daily basis. Candidates who are not fluent in Spanish will not be considered. English communication skills are preferred.
