Leif Johnson Ford is looking for a dependable, motivated Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team. You don't need years of automotive experience. We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to the details, and is willing to learn. If you're organized, like staying busy, and enjoy being part of a team where everyone helps each other, we'd like to meet you. Our Parts Department is a big part of keeping the dealership moving. You'll help make sure our technicians and team members have the right parts in the right place at the right time. What You'll Do Receive and check incoming parts shipments Stock and organize parts in the correct warehouse locations Pull and stage parts for our technicians and Parts Department Help load, unload, and move incoming inventory Check part numbers and quantities for accuracy Assist with inventory counts and keeping inventory organized Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and ready for the next day's work Jump in and help the team wherever needed What We're Looking For We're less concerned about having the perfect résumé and more interested in finding the right person . You'll do well here if you: Show up on time and can be counted on Have a strong work ethic and don't need someone constantly telling you what to do Pay attention to details Like keeping things organized Work with a sense of urgency Are comfortable using basic computers and learning new systems Work well independently and with a team Are willing to learn and take on additional responsibility Can be on your feet throughout the day and safely lift and move automotive parts Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, dealership, or automotive parts experience is helpful, but it is not required.
