Warehouse Supervisor or Materials Manager Position Summary The Warehouse Forklift/Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and issuing materials that support the manufacturing of LiquidStack's advanced liquid cooling systems. This role ensures inventory accuracy, safely operates forklifts and other material-handling equipment, and supports production by delivering materials in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
Load and unload trucks while following company safety procedures.
Store materials in designated warehouse locations and maintain organized inventory.
Pick, stage, and deliver materials and components to production areas according to work orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
Label, package, and prepare outbound shipments.
Ensure materials are handled properly to prevent damage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following 5S principles.
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or safety concerns to management.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed.
Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
At least 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory reports.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Current forklift certification (or ability to become certified).
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments.
