Job Description
Job Summary:
The Replenishment Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels throughout the warehouse by replenishing pick locations, supporting inventory control processes, and ensuring order fulfillment timelines are met. This role is key in supporting operational efficiency and inventory accuracy through safe equipment operation and effective use of warehouse systems.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute timely and accurate stock replenishment to picking stations per system prompts and schedules. Conduct regular cycle counts and spot checks to verify inventory accuracy; report discrepancies to the inventory control team. Prioritize replenishment tasks based on order volume, urgency, and shipping deadlines. Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and related equipment; inspect and report maintenance issues. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements and update replenishment activities. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methods for proper product rotation. Maintain clean, organized, and safe replenishment zones; remove empty pallets, trash, or expired goods. Collaborate with pickers and packers to ensure uninterrupted workflow and address urgent replenishment needs. Identify and report product damage, unsafe conditions, and stock shortages to supervisors.Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-3 years of experience in warehouse replenishment or inventory operations.Skills & Abilities:
Attention to detail and strong time management. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs frequently. Basic math and inventory analysis skills. Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). Equipment operation experience (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) preferred.Work Schedule & Environment:

Evening start to morning finish Work environment includes mechanical equipment, noise, dust, and moving objects. Role involves face-to-face interaction and collaborative teamwork in fast-paced settings.Job Scope:
No supervisory responsibilities. Contributes to operational decision-making that impacts inventory management and workflow. Works with broad direction and moderate independence; results are defined.
