This role is responsible for accurately entering inventory into our POS system, labeling and tagging products, and capturing high-quality product images. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with databases and ERP systems, and excellent organizational abilities. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient inventory management within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain inventory records using the Lightspeed system Tag, label, and organize inventory items according to company standards Verify product information for accuracy and completeness Maintain an orderly inventory workspace Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits as needed Experience Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel Strong typing skills with high accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience in order entry, filing, or data collection is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in organized environments and have a passion for maintaining precise records.
