Seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy, order processing, and material management. This position requires strong attention to detail and significant computer use. Key Responsibilities- Audit inventory and maintain accurate system balances.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies during daily order processing.
- Process rejected, expired, short-dated, and returned products.
- Support Quality and Manufacturing with materials being destroyed, reworked, or quarantined.
- Resolve orders placed on hold due to inventory status.
- Perform computer-based inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Follow established inventory, quality, and documentation procedures. Qualifications
- Previous inventory, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong computer and data-entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
