The Role We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Associate to help keep our operation running smoothly through the winter season. You'll play a hands-on role across our warehouse and retail locations, receiving and organizing product, fulfilling online orders, and keeping things clean and running efficiently. This position works closely with our Inventory Lead, Warehouse Lead, and Order Management Lead on a daily basis. A valid driver's license is required, as this role includes regular driving between our locations. What You'll Do Inventory & Receiving Receive and verify incoming shipments, communicating directly with the purchasing and inventory team as needed Put away product accurately and maintain a well-organized warehouse Assist with physical inventory counts and follow up on discrepancies through cycle counts and adjustments Electronically and physically transfer product between locations based on manager requests Order Fulfillment Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently Ship outgoing orders Transport online orders between warehouse and retail locations for customer pickup Identify and report inventory discrepancies to the appropriate channels Warehouse Operations Clean and maintain warehouse spaces and inventory areas Restock shelves and assist with general daily operations Empty trash and recycling Adapt to shifting daily priorities and jump in wherever the team needs support Driving & Logistics Drive product between locations when necessary. Load and unload van with skis, boots, and other gear safely and efficiently Communicate proactively with staff at multiple locations about immediate needs and special customer requests What We're Looking For Valid driver's license (required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset Ability to work well independently and as part of a fast-moving team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day Inventory or warehouse experience is a plus
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
