Position Summary Addium, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Inventory Clerk to support it's Receiving & Inventory department, at it's headquarter in Pullman, Washington. Inventory Clerk helps manage material activities in ADDIUM's ERP system and maintain levels to meet distribution/production demands. This position requires frequent motion between sitting and standing including work in both an office and a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform receiving and inventory duties to meet and support production and material supply strategies throughout the organization. Transact movements of material in the ERP system to maintain accurate and precise inventory levels Perform cycle counting tasks to support inventory accuracy goals Provide material support to functional areas within the headquarter. Communicate material concerns with respect to inventory level, quality, and rate of usage Interact with production personnel to understand material requirements, concerns, and/or issues Inventory accuracy counts at 98% No line down or lost shipments due to material management issues Keep inventory levels low with 4.5 turns per year Transactional accuracy of 98% or greater
Qualifications/Requirements:
Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Excellent math skills & computer skills High attention to details Demonstrate organization skills & excellent time management Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) 1+ years of relevant inventory/receiving and warehouse experience Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks or similar equipment. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation Valid driver's license.
