The cycle counter is responsible for supporting inventory accuracy, inventory control processes, and operational efficiency through proactive monitoring, investigation, and reconciliation of inventory activity.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the short-pick process and tracking table.
  • Research missing inventory on customer orders and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Update inventory quantities and records at the individual part-number level.
  • Perform multiple daily cycle counts in accordance with company inventory standards and Acumatica requirements.
  • Provide assistance with part identification and inventory-related questions.
  • Conduct spot checks related to replenishments and bin transfers.
  • Assist team members with part identification and inventory-related inquiries.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions. Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to identify micro-discrepancies such as similar part numbers, mislabeling, and unit-of-measure differences.
  • Strong root-cause problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • High level of data integrity and accuracy.
