Job Description

We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to support shipping office operations for a manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. This contract position is best suited for someone who thrives in an administrative, system-driven environment and can keep shipping documentation accurate, organized, and on schedule. The role partners closely with warehouse and office teams to help ensure customer orders move through fulfillment smoothly and are released with the correct records and status updates.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage order-related paperwork by reviewing and processing pick ticket information for daily shipment activity.
  • Prepare shipment materials, including carrier labels, packing documentation, and bills of lading, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain current tracking details in company systems so shipment progress can be monitored and communicated effectively.
  • Work directly with freight carriers and brokers to arrange outbound deliveries and resolve shipping-related issues.
  • Provide timely updates to internal teams regarding order progress, shipment timing, and documentation status.
  • Help ensure customer orders are completed correctly and dispatched according to required deadlines.
  • Support coordination between warehouse operations and office administration to keep fulfillment activities aligned and efficient.
