Job Description
Job Responsibilities The Material Specialist is responsible for accurately processing materials into and out of inventory. This role requires the ability to count, label, and track materials while maintaining detailed and accurate records. Responsibilities include conducting kit audits, verifying Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs), assisting with material preparation, and operating automated X-ray equipment to count and verify parts. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing warehouse experience (electronics warehouse experience is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team Basic computer skills required High school diploma or equivalent Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in counting, inventory management, and paperwork Ability to work overtime as needed U.S. Citizenship required Schedule Weekend Shift Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5:00 AM to 5:30
