This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on clinical experience while working directly alongside physicians and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced urgent care environment. Many of our team members use this position as a stepping stone before medical school, PA school, or other healthcare graduate programs . What You'll Gain Direct clinical exposure to patient care Experience working with physicians, PAs, and medical assistants Understanding of real-world healthcare operations Mentorship from experienced providers Strong experience for medical school / PA school applications Responsibilities Assist with patient intake and documentation Support clinical staff with patient flow Prepare exam rooms and clinical supplies Help coordinate labs, imaging, and referrals Communicate with patients and healthcare team members Assist with operational tasks that support clinic efficiency Ideal Candidate Senior or recent graduate from a 4-year university Interest in medicine, PA school, nursing, or healthcare Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Highly reliable and detail-oriented Healthcare experience is helpful but not required .
