Trumann, AR Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift:
Day Shift. Overtime may be required during peak seasons and business needs, including early starts or extended hours. Join Land O'Lakes as an Inventory Control Specialist and play a key role in supporting warehouse operations for our WinField United business. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting cycle count processes, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient site operations. What You'll Do Manage consignment inventory by partnering with supply teams and customers to maintain accurate inventory levels. Process inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, customer orders, and bills of lading in JDE. Lead and support cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and accuracy initiatives. Work directly with on-site customer personnel to complete inventory audits and resolve discrepancies. Provide administrative support including filing, purchase order processing, office supply management, and project coordination. Follow all safety policies and contribute to a safe, productive work environment. Support additional site needs and special projects as assigned. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred. Minimum two years of work experience required; office administration, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry systems. Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently or as part of a team.
