We design and fabricate turn-key services for a diverse range of projects, including trade show exhibitions, environmental designs, museum and corporate environments, permanent customer experience centers, and special events. Our integrated design offices and in-house production and warehouse facilities enable us to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Responsibilities Own shipping & receiving for show and warehouse assets: count, label, and section-mark every incoming and outgoing shipment so nothing is lost between the dock and the show floor Keep inventory records accurate the same day items move, using Google Sheets connected to our automated inventory platform — clean data in, accurate company-wide inventory out Perform scheduled cycle counts and physical audits, rack by rack, to maintain continuous inventory accuracy Investigate variances between physical stock and system records; resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis and fix them at the source Run trade-show pack-out and return logistics: palletizing, crating, per-section manifests, check-in on return, and getting returned assets back on the books Monitor stock against safety levels and flag shortages before they become a show-week emergency Maintain organized rack/location assignments so any item can be found on request Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse inventory experience in a fast-paced environment (trade show, events, staging, or logistics a strong plus) Proven discipline with inventory records: comfortable working daily in Google Sheets or similar inventory tracking tools Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently Physical capability for heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs); experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts preferred Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Organized and dependable under show-deadline pressure — you double-check rather than assume Why this role matters You will be the single owner of inventory accuracy — not a box-mover. Your counts feed a live system used every day by our project managers, designers, and AI-powered tools company-wide. When someone asks where something is, you'll actually know.
