This full-time role ensures that all products entering and leaving the warehouse are properly received, scanned, recorded, stored, and shipped. The position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate physical and system inventory records to support efficient warehouse operations. The Inventory Specialist reports directly to Roberto Gonzalez, Sales Director, and works a standard 40-hour workweek. Duties Receive incoming inventory shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders or packing lists. Properly scan and record all incoming and outgoing products into the inventory management system. Organize and store inventory items in designated warehouse locations to optimize space and accessibility. Process orders for shipment by picking, packing, and preparing items for delivery. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to coordinate inventory movements and fulfill order requirements. Report discrepancies or issues related to inventory accuracy or damages to management promptly. Skills Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to operate inventory management software and scanning devices efficiently. Good physical stamina for lifting, moving, and organizing warehouse items. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments. Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
