Job Description
Inventory & Shipping Specialist Imprimus Labels & Packaging is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Inventory & Shipping Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Dublin, CA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production has the materials it needs and in accurately receiving, storing, staging, and shipping products to our customers. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where every day is different, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and supplies Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Maintain accurate inventory throughout the warehouse Pull materials for production according to the manufacturing schedule Stage materials for press operators Prepare customer orders for shipment Package, label, wrap, and palletize finished goods Create shipping documents and bills of lading Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers Load and unload trucks safely Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment Perform cycle counts and monthly inventory Maintain a clean, organized warehouse using 5S principles Assist Flexographic Press Operators with material staging, ink preparation, and press changeovers when needed Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse and production areas
